He says you should use Adobe Premier if you own a nVidia card, and use Handbrake if you own an AMD card. AMD DVR works pretty good as well, and the files are small enough already so no need for Handbrake. I used it a couple of times. Below is a clip I recorded at max settings and 60fps. There are some glitches but those are fixed in AMD DVR now. EDIT: Play the video in 1080p60fps with chrome for max quality.
