Did you know my Dell screen goes white while using Adobe Premiere? Can you fix it for me right now?
Hi there, I have been having a lot of problems lately when I try to run Adobe Premiere Pro version 15.4.1 build 6. I actually run a small YouTube channel called "The Vintage Gamer Walkthroughs" where I post walkthroughs for popular PC games. Whenever I scrub through the timeline while editing my video, my monitor goes blank and then comes back to normal after a few seconds when I stop scrubbing. This also happens whenever I play the video in the program monitor.
I have a really low-end system so I will change it eventually but right now this is the only option for me available. My specs are: CPU Intel i3-8100, GPU no external graphics card, RAM 8GB Corsair 2400 MHz, motherboard Gigabyte H310M-H, power supply Corsair VS450, hard drive 1TB Western Digital, and monitor Dell D1918H with a screen size of 18.5 inches.
UPDATE: I found something weird that when I change my monitor resolution to 1920 x 1080 at 100% scaling the problem stops. It can be reproduced when the monitor is at its actual resolution 1366 x 768 or at 1920 x 1080 with 125% scaling.
My computer has been around for about three to three and a half years since my first build started in 2018, and the BIOS version is dated February 27th of that year.
