You've purchased new RAM, but it's not reaching above 2666MHz as expected. This might mean the issue isn't with the RAM itself, but with your system's settings or motherboard configuration. Your TUF B360-PRO GAMING motherboard supports Wi-Fi, so ensure it's properly connected and configured for optimal performance. If the problem persists, check BIOS updates or consult a technician.

It might vary based on your settings. For me, I simply enable XMP and stop further adjustments.

If you're not familiar with overclocking, I wouldn't attempt to adjust the speed yourself—just enable Xmp as instructed by the other person.

It seems the frequency is fixed at 2666MHz.

It seems the chipset only handles RAM up to 2666. Reminder: P.S., don’t stress over losing money—we’ve all been there, and it teaches us something.

The mainboard is compatible with DDR4-2667. For Intel overclocking, a Z mainboard is recommended. Refer to the video for more details.

I applied XMP to boost my RAM to the board’s limit. Since I’m using an Intel platform, the improvement might have been smaller.

Intel might not be a big concern for me. It’s still not great, but I understand. You’ve got a solid RAM setup that could help if you move to a Ryzen system later.

You can adjust the timing to offset the frequency drop—it’s not completely a loss of money, as 2666 and 3200 RAM prices are quite similar these days.
