I was testing the new HP Z240 specs, but I was seeing hundreds of FPS in Minecraft yet sometimes I stuttered. Why? I switched to an Intel Core i7-6700 with 16 GB DDR4 RAM, a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1030 (MSI), a 1 TB SSD, and a 60 Hz monitor.
