When I play Valorant on my laptop, it gets stuck and forces me to restart using the power button. Once fixed, the game works fine without freezing. This usually happens every single day at the start of a session, but occasionally during the second match too. Even though the game uses very little power from the GPU, my laptop never overheats because nothing goes above 85 degrees on the CPU either. Here are my computer specs: Dell Latitude E5570 with an I7-6820HQ processor, 8GB of RAM running at 2133MHz, and an AMD R7 M370 graphics card.

You could check if your laptop needs BIOS updates, or if your computer's operating system and drivers need updates too. I'd try using DDU to get rid of all GPU drivers before installing the newest one from AMD's website by right-clicking on the installer and choosing Run as Administrator.
