The problem seems to stem from overheating, even though temperatures remain normal. My system frequently shuts down with the screen going dark while fans reach maximum speed, and it occurs both when under stress and when idle. I checked online explanations and found cooling issues to be the cause, but my GPU and CPU temps stayed within safe ranges. A factory reset was tried recently, but it didn’t resolve the situation.
