Did PC stop showing up, or am I destroying my graphics card?
Hey, while I was playing The Last of Us II on my PC, I noticed my fans spinning really fast. When I checked the temps, my GPU got super hot (over 100 degrees) just when I was in the main menu. I thought it would break soon, so I tried repasting it. Most people say you can't fix that easily, but my PC isn't even showing an error right now! My motherboard's LED is blinking between checking the CPU and the RAM. It goes to the CPU for a few seconds, then back to the RAM... *BLINK* repeat this over and over here: https://imgur.com/a/rTaNp9y Looking at Google posts, they mostly say it's a CPU or RAM problem. So I did these things: - Reseating my RAM many times - Reseating my CPU (checking all the pins) - Reseating my GPU many times - Resetting the CMOS - Taking out all the extra cables - Testing one stick of RAM in each slot at a time - Using my old 2x8GB Corsair DDR4 memory - Checking every connector inside the box. Is there something I'm missing? Or did I just destroy my GPU? (fans are spinning fine) I don't have any spare parts to test unfortunately.
