I've been gradually adjusting my 2700X with the Wraith Prism cooler, sticking to the automatic PBO features. I haven't pushed it beyond the built-in overclocking it handles. I've been reducing the voltage to test lower limits. On my ASUS ROG Strix X470-F, I've achieved a 0.100 negative offset with 'level 3' LLC at 4.3GHz. Peak voltages are around 1.450V under single core at 4.3GHz and about 1.33V across all cores at 3.95-4.1GHz. I might lower the LLC a bit and check stability again. The power usage is roughly 187W for single core, 45W for all cores, with idle drawing 15W—about 10-14 watts less than stock. RPMs drop noticeably at peak loads, temperatures are slightly lower, and I haven’t seen much discussion about extreme undervolting yet. (Other than some Reddit chatter looping back to the same threads.) For Ryzen models, those that handle voltage reductions also seem to perform well with overclocking.

Every 2700 cycles can handle 4.2ghz across all cores, around 187w should perform well above 4.1
