Did i fry my GPU? 750ti
After installing a new CPU, I decided to overclock the GPU. I watched some tutorials, increased the clock speed and memory speed by 50%, adjusted the voltage to 12.5V, and ran Max2 to see how it performed. The game would freeze for about two minutes, and I heard a ticking sound. After that, I restarted the computer, but it didn’t work well. I uninstalled Afterburner and went back to the old settings, but nothing changed. I also reinstalled the OS, games, and drivers several times. My CS:GO runs smoothly, while DayZ is more CPU-intensive but still functional. I noticed something working properly in one game, which reminded me it might be related to a car revving—sudden acceleration followed by failure. Any suggestions?

I played for about two minutes, heard a ticking sound, then the game froze. When I restarted, it didn’t work well. I uninstalled afterburner and went back to old settings, but nothing changed. I also reinstalled the OS, games, and drivers several times. My CS:GO runs smoothly, my DayZ is CPU-heavy and still works fine, though I notice something seems to be functioning properly. It feels like the game is revving up and then stalling again, like a car being revved and then failing. I tried reinstalling the driver, which caused a crash, so that should fix it. Any suggestions?
Check if the benchmarking card is producing a ticking noise from the GPU. What power supply unit do you have?
Reinstall driver, that was a driver crash, reinstalling should fix the issue
Are you referring to the Geforce drivers? If yes, I've done that at least three times in the past 24 hours because I believed my drivers were the problem. Anyway, I don't have a blue-red or black screen like that, it just fails to load maps and crashes the PC.
Check if the ticking noise originates from the GPU. What PSU model do you have? It was only one tick sound after overclocking, and a CX 600 Corsair PSU.
Download Unigine Heaven and evaluate the GPU performance with it:

Regarding power supply, a 600W model is a tier 4 PSU, considered low quality, not suitable for gaming PCs and shouldn't be overclocked on that setup.

Driver reinstallation might be the solution after a crash – let's check if it's related to the Geforce setup. Are you referring to the GeForce drivers? If yes, I've reinstalled them at least three times in the past 24 hours because I believed my drivers were the issue. Now I'm experiencing a blue-red or black screen, which causes map loading failures and crashes.
Have you verified the map load? It could be a game-specific problem, not just a driver one. Also, this isn't the GeForce issue – I've reinstalled the GPU driver from the official site.
I've also reinstalled all my Intel drivers twice over 24 hours. I've tried playing CS:GO, DayZ, and Red Orchestra 2 in multiplayer, but they're not functioning well. I suspect something went wrong, so I'm planning to buy a new GPU and avoid any future GPU modifications.
Verify if everything is working properly, all details appear in the top right. (FPS, Mem clock, Video Memory)
