I was attempting to increase my Ryzen 5 1600 to 3.7ghz at 1.2625 volts. Earlier, after updating the BIOS, the system refused to load the overclocking profile. I configured it in the BIOS and rebooted, but upon startup all fans spun up and the GPU LEDs lit up. However, there was no connection to the mouse, keyboard, or monitor, and no LED activity from the PC itself. Could this have damaged my CPU or motherboard? Shouldn't such a low voltage setting be unreliable? My motherboard is an MSI PC Mate B350.

Try to remove the CMOS manually, then start your PC and after the OS loads, turn off any overclocking settings and restart, keep an eye on the heat performance.
