Just advise them to handle the issue and check if it’s typical after removing drivers, turning off the PC, and switching to HDMI.

It seems like the issue happened while installing the new RAM sticks. Even after turning it off and waiting, it would turn back on and display correctly only when booted via BIOS. Sometimes it shows "No Signal" after reseating the RAM, but then works fine afterward. It looks like the CMOS might not have been reset, which could explain the problem. I hope the drivers you downloaded for your CPU are working now, since the monitor is still under warranty and you only borrowed one temporarily.
