Did i do ok for £790
Did i do ok for £790
I wasn't aware that Currys offered a business tier with more than 50% off a gaming PC above retail prices, but I doubt I'd start a business solely for that kind of deal. The startup expenses might already surpass the savings from buying a business-grade gaming PC.
I don't own a business—it was available for clearance in their regular store, lol.
The retail price is:
Curry's
- £1599, featuring a modular 750w PSU. It's hard to believe it evolved into a hx1200.
Additional features
- RGB Lighting
- Tempered glass side panel
- 750 W modular PSU
Perhaps if sales had been slower or it was an exhibition model, they might have chosen a different path. However, opening it up and swapping the 750w PSU for a hx1200 still demands considerable consideration, which is hard to link directly to the decision-making process.
Would you consider it a good offer or would you have chosen to spend the additional £200 on an upgradeable AM5 system featuring DDR5 and 5060 Ti?
