Hey everyone, I think I have a hunch but want confirmation from those who know. My current setup uses Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) with 4000Mhz RAM on an MSO B550 Unify-X motherboard. I’m planning to boost my video editing and overall system performance, so I’m considering adding more RAM. The RAM sticks have the label CMK64GX4M2D3600C18, which indicates they’re the correct type. After updating BIOS/CMOS, it still only shows 16GB at 3000Mhz, even though the physical stick labels say 64GB at 3600Mhz. I’ve checked the BIOS settings and it still displays 2x8GB. I’m wondering if there’s a BIOS quirk or setting I need to adjust to make it recognize the full capacity. Please share any screenshots you have of the BIOS for the 64GB 3600 configuration and my current 16GB 4000 setup.
If the label on the stick indicates 64GB, return it to Amazon stating you regretted the purchase. No questions needed—refund processed automatically. It’s possible someone replaced their old device and simply reattached the stickers. But if you claim the item is defective... you’re taking the shortcut by using Amazon’s service, so prove you weren’t involved in the swap.
I understand the situation, it seems like the screenshot method isn't working lately. Both options appear identical, which raises red flags. I double-checked my Amazon order, and they were listed as used from an Amazon warehouse—this suggests someone might have purchased them, changed the labels, and then returned them for a refund, only to send these back instead.

On your account settings, they’ll remove your name and address from Amazon again. Check all Amazon options first.
