Hi, I need some guidance. I got a BSOD error and the diagnostic logs suggest ntoskrnl.exe might be involved. I ran an SFC /Scannow and the memory tool found issues, recommending contact with the manufacturer (Corsair). I've attached the test results for review. My PC specs are VENGEANCE® LPX 64GB with Corsair Hydro Series H115i, Ryzen 5 5900x, and a 11G PSU. The logs mention memory faults and a need to reach out to support.

Check the BIOS settings. Ryzen sometimes prefers fewer RAM modules, and Corsair RAM isn't always compatible. Consider using two sticks instead.

I faced a comparable problem with Corsair Vengeance LPX 3600C18 2x16GB on my 5900x. It functioned for three months before developing BSOD and one stick stopped responding altogether—no BIOS detected it. I submitted an RMA (or Amazon handled the replacement free), but oddly, even after swapping both working drives back in, the new pack refused to boot! Only after adjusting the CAS value from 18 to 16 did it start working again.

Thanks for your reply. It seems I should start by lowering the CAS latency from 18 to 16. If needed, I can remove two sticks and check the results. Also, I’ve made sure my BIOS is up to date.

Lowered CAS latency from 18 to 16 and the system is responding much better—this should resolve the problem, though I’ll perform a RAM test to confirm.

Adjusting the CAS latency to 16 appears to have resolved the memory test issues. The performance feels more responsive overall.
