I recently purchased an MSI MAG B460M MORTAR mb and an Intel Core i9-11900KF. Both are 10th generation CPUs, but my CPU is an 11th generation model. I collected all the components and still can’t get the motherboard to power on, whether or not the CPU is installed. I also checked another motherboard and it works fine, so maybe the issue lies with the CPU generation or the socket compatibility. The LGA 1200 interface is the same, but there might be something else affecting startup. Please let me know if you need further guidance.
