Diagnose system issues Identify and resolve performance problems
previously i experienced similar issues with an intel cpu, amd gpu setup. it turned out the driver wasn't compatible with the graphics card and bios. i recommend using the correct bios for your GPU and flashing it. if you lack experience, consult a professional technician to avoid damaging the GPU. after updating the bios, reinstall windows and don't use ddu—mining drivers often cause wired behavior even with ddu.
The tool indicates a complete bottleneck on the GPU. It appears the GPU is throttling due to high temperatures—averaging around 83°C with spikes up to 87°C. Considering the system was likely built in early 2021, it’s probable the thermal paste has dried out and should be replaced.
