I updated to F7 recently. When did you make the change? Did you clear the CMOS at that time? If not, I’d suggest doing so, as it might relate to a BIOS problem.

Are the bios current? Any original components? Reset bios using a jumper.
Are all devices' firmware up to date?
Run memtest for checks.
Check windows using dism commands.
Inspect all drives with manufacturer tools and update firmware as needed.
Test different power supplies.
Examine the CPU socket for bent or discolored pins.
Verify if the CPU cooler is securely fastened.
Attempt a minimum setup.
Windows drive, one RAM, CPU with cooler, keyboard, mouse, motherboard, monitor in motherboard.

None of these solutions fixes the problem!
Early observation: Shutting down the PC for at least 30 minutes before a random restart would prevent it from happening again within 24 hours, but if the PC isn't shut down, the restart keeps repeating forever.

did you attempt a different psu using fresh cables?
over time, swap out additional components such as the motherboard and cpu

Yes, I tried that before, but I believe I discovered the fix in my bios under power settings. It mentions a dummy load feature (power loading), which appears to be turned off. (It clearly advises enabling it during such restarts if the system was idle to fix the issue.)

This option indicates that when the system experiences low load, it would restart as though a power failure had occurred. This triggers a kernel 41 power event error, and the PC failed to shut down properly in the reliability monitor.

If this matches, additional guidance might help.

I haven't discovered a fix for the random restart problem on my PC yet; the actions I shared earlier didn't work. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Everyone knows this problem-solving isn't that enjoyable, I prefer playing games I've purchased for the operating system I've bought for the hardware to ensure smooth operation without issues.

I ran Malwarebytes, as per my usual routine. Based on my practices, such a situation shouldn’t usually occur, but it seems like a strong tool and could help if your PC gets into trouble. It might cost a lot of money, but people need to make ends meet. I also enabled kernel memory dump creation after another restart, which can help identify the problem.

Another observation is that my PC no longer accepts system-managed page files anymore, and auto-page file is still needed for creating a dump file, so I set it up myself.

My PC worked fine for the first 11 days after the rebuild, everything ran smoothly. Then this restart issue appeared, showing the same reliability report as when the previous GPU failed on my other machine. I know that failure happened eventually, and I’ve already disposed of the old one. Isn’t it normal now that my PC should be running properly after all these steps?

Check Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer for any error messages, alerts, or notes recorded prior to restarts. Also examine Task Manager under Startup and Task Scheduler. There might be background processes or actions initiated through Task Scheduler.
