My friend did it too. I'm supporting them from afar.

Did they verify every temperature reading? Also, were there checks for physical components such as ensuring the RAM is properly seated so the locks function correctly? The same applies to the GPU.

All temperatures are fine and the computer components have been inspected for any loose connections. I have a video that might be useful—there’s footage of them playing Black Ops 1 Zombies with the monitor active, and you can notice some lag spikes.

Do you have tools for visualizing sensor data? Yes, there are options that let you track changes over time and spot patterns like power surges, temperature shifts, or drops in CPU usage. These can help you identify what’s happening when performance dips.

They applied MSI Afterburner but didn’t notice any changes even when there were minor stutters.

Could the issue stem from the display rather than the system itself?

Gigabyte Eagle line faced similar problems as well, but on the Eagle B850 model. It helped to get the newest MBOO drivers—especially replacing the standard Windows OEM ones. The AMD chipset driver fixed the micro stuttering issue completely.

It's not a screen tearing issue, just a brief pause lasting about a microsecond. The sound remains intact, and the monitoring logs don’t show any clear cause. I’ll process them by updating all relevant drivers. They likely did that already, but it’s good to verify once more.

Inquired recently about all driver versions, system updates, and chipset software—everything was applied without changes. Requested a Cinebench r23 evaluation using single and multi-core configurations, expecting results by tomorrow. Updates will follow.

We haven’t made significant headway in identifying the root cause, and there’s limited information available online. It seems like every part of the system might be contributing, which makes it tricky to pinpoint a single solution after replacements have already been done.
