My friend recently assembled a brand new AMD system (details available). After months of troubleshooting, we've explored numerous solutions. None of the diagnostic tools from the provided video appeared accurate (Black Ops 1 Zombies Kino). I can observe the stuttering directly in the footage and will share it here. Apologies for the poor quality. Our attempts included: replacing every component under warranty (unreturnable due to packaging), testing with a different motherboard/Intel CPU on DDR4, removing the GPU to run just the CPU, reinstalling Windows 11 multiple times, switching to Windows 10, and sending it to a repair shop where it still stuttered using their equipment. We've also checked various power adapters, HDMI, and DP cables. This issue has persisted for a long time with no resolution. If anyone has insight, we'd really value your help. No, I haven't checked the system BIOS yet. Could you confirm if it has been updated?

Have you verified that every component is correctly linked and positioned? Check the connection of the GPU to the power cables.

They are properly linked using two distinct power cords, and the whole computer has been completely refurbished.

Yes, I covered all the main components: motherboard, CPU, power supply, RAM, and disks.

Just reinstall the BIOS with an SD card and check—often it makes a difference most of the time.

The bios are up-to-date with the most recent release a few months back. That’s why this issue feels so puzzling. We’ve been developing on it for a long time and reached out to several tech Discord communities. A discussion was posted on Reddit, and now we’re here. We’re completely unsure what to do and keep offering suggestions, but phrases like “we’ve already tried that” keep coming up. This seems like the most unusual challenge I’ve faced.

This post isn't the sole attempt—other tools like Memtest86 and OCCT were also tried. For instance, you mentioned checking stability with OCBase at https://www.ocbase.com/.

We haven't used memtest yet; I don’t understand how to run it, but I can learn quickly and go through it myself. I’m not familiar with ocbase either. Mostly, the list includes everything we’ve tried so far. We’ve been working on this for about six months or so, which means some things might have slipped my mind, but if you mention something, I’ll know whether we’ve done it.

The assembly of the PC was handled by the individual building it.
