Issue detected linked to my Corsair LPX Samsung RAM. Switched to a 3200Mhz model instead of the 2666Mhz I had; problem resolved. It was unusual since both had similar speeds but differences in voltage and stability. Likely caused some interruptions during operation.

You were near the breaking point with the 2666 sticks, which explains their erratic behavior. It makes sense when you think about why higher-rated sticks perform better at 3200 and why the 2666 struggled. In short, you hit the maximum capacity of those sticks, and they showed it. Just remember, no set is guaranteed to go faster than its original design allows, but you managed to work around it—problem solved.

I do not think this is the case. They could clock to 3600 with the same result, and if i clocked them down to original speed or all the way down to ddr4 standard spec, they still acted the same. There was something actually wrong with these sticks from day one, clocking them didn't make a difference on the system interupts, only fps in games. The new sticks does not throw interupts left and right that lasts this long, so problem solved anyway.

Problem resurfaced again; new RAM appeared to assist for a few days before things returned to their usual state. By now, I've updated everything except the GPU, so my Vega 56 might be the cause—unless it's my Logitech keyboard or connected monitors, which shouldn't affect it. It's puzzling since this issue doesn't occur in Windows 7.
