I pay for 100MBPS, my Wi-Fi connections are solid, but the Ethernet link from my PC via Cat-6e to the router is only about .5MBPS. I suspect issues might be: faulty cable, malfunctioning switch on the ISP's router, or a defective motherboard in my PC. After testing a different cable, here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow. Their tech support can usually just power cycle the device—turn it off and back on. If that doesn’t help, purchasing a new modem and switching to a better connection might be necessary. Let me know if you need more details!

Consider testing a different network first. Speed data shows your router is directing traffic, and the built-in switch is managing connections. Try another port on the router if needed.
