In the past few days, Diablo 2 Resurrected has been undone twice because of server problems. The first time I lost three runes and the quests I finished, plus some experience. The second time I lost a very rare item—Trang Oul Armor (this could take up to 50 hours if you have high-level characters). I’ve reached out to Blizzard about it, but they haven’t replied yet. What should I do to recover my items?
