We're assuming the router runs at version 1. The DHCP range available on the router is between 0.64 and 0.254. This allows you to assign clients manually any IP address from 0.2 up to 0.63, since the router will never allocate those through DHCP.

The router's IP is 192.168.1.254. It seems any addresses outside this range aren't visible. You might be missing something specific to that range. Only IPs within the displayed range should function properly.

I followed a different thread where the roles were reversed, but the rules stay the same. You're correct—they won't appear on the router since it doesn't recognize devices with static IP addresses, and it also doesn't require that information.
