You're facing a challenge with IP management on your network. The DHCP server is active and assigning IPs, but certain mobile devices aren't receiving them. The logs show no errors, yet connectivity remains problematic. It might be related to DNS configuration or static IP assignments on the devices. Double-check if any workstations have manually set their DNS or IP settings, and ensure they're using the correct gateway. Consider verifying firewall rules or network policies that could block DHCP responses.

It provides IP addresses to certain devices via WiFi, but not every device or even all WiFi clients. There might be filters in place for the DHCP scope. You should verify the AP settings to confirm it's using the DHCP server.

I've confirmed the AP is utilizing the server with DHCP and there are no filters on the DHCP scope.

It seems the DHCP operates solely on the 2.4GHz frequency and not on 5GHz. There is a single SSID, and the two bands are designed to automatically select the appropriate one.
