I just performed a full factory reset on my PC. Now the peripherals—monitor, keyboard, mouse, microphone—keep switching on and off. The screen displays "Welcome" once initially, but then restarts showing "Welcome" again. Anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this?
It seems the setup didn't go through. Need anything critical on the PC? If not, consider a fresh install via the links provided. You can use the media creator to build a bootable USB and reinstall Windows.
The message after "welcome" prompts a restart. Your setup remains the same even without a USB, as long as you have an SD card and reader.
