Hello everyone, recently I swapped my graphics card from a Sapphire Nitro+ RX 580 (4GB) to a MSI Mech 2x OC RX 6650XT. After setting it up, I encountered issues such as the Acer R-Series monitor displaying "Input not supported" at startup and other devices shutting down unexpectedly without a chance to reconnect unless I force shut down. Have you experienced similar problems? Do you have any suggestions or solutions? I’ve already removed and reinstalled all previous graphics drivers using DDU.

Which power supply are you using? Open the Event Viewer, navigate to System, and check for any errors, critical alerts, or warnings related to the crash timing.

I detected the most recent issues and alerts in the event viewer for your Seasonic Focus GX-550 (550W).

It might be your power supply unit affecting the performance of your new GPU. If everything is connected properly, consider updating the BIOS for better stability—simple and free. Once that doesn't help, restart Windows and try again instead of chasing a fix. If the issue persists, it's likely hardware-related.

I've already reinstalled my GPU twice but the issue persisted. I also used my RX 580, which worked well. The BIOS is up to date. It seems my last option is to reinstall Windows.

Attempt it now. If it doesn't work, the issue might be the PSU not supporting your new GPU.

I don't agree, I looked at the card's performance and it stopped when the GPU used 19W

It raises further worries if this happens. The GPU might be defective when the replacement fails. It seems the issue could be covered under warranty, making a swap straightforward if confirmed.
