Devices require 30 seconds to recognize network connections.
My computer takes 30 seconds to recognize the network..., this happened without warning. Usually it connects right away when the PC starts up on the desktop. I tested it on my laptop, assuming a driver problem, but it also took 30 seconds to get online. I tried enabling UPnP and disabling it, updated all drivers, changed the duplex settings, set a static IP, restarted the modem on both devices, but nothing worked. The issue started last week and hasn't improved since. I haven't adjusted anything with my ISP's equipment.
