Check if your screen is linked to your main graphics card. If it's tied to the motherboard, it won't show anything.

I used to have 6th generation Intel and now I have 12th generation, but I think the change in motherboard isn’t a big deal since I already had to make that switch.

Do you have a USB connected? I've noticed a USB can prevent a PC from booting, it's really strange, but just try using anything that doesn't require an external connection.
