The system initially worked well until you connected the USB-C port from the back, after which it shut down completely. Now booting takes longer and the keyboard fails to send signals on the logo screen. The post-boot screen remains before BIOS starts, and once you enter BIOS, you can't access Windows normally. The DrDebug LED stays green until you reach BIOS mode. It appears a hardware or configuration issue is preventing normal startup. This might be due to a faulty motherboard component, incorrect BIOS settings, or a failing USB-C port. Checking the motherboard manual and ensuring all connections are secure could help. If the problem persists, consider consulting a technician or updating your BIOS.
