Hello, I disconnected the power supply from the computer to test a different machine with a faulty PSU. After reconnecting it, the monitor remains off and no other devices are working. The components listed are: CPU Core i3-8100, motherboard AsRock Z370 Pro4, generic 550W PSU, and GPU XFX AMD RX-580. I've attempted to reset the CMOS and replaced all PSU connections, but the issue persists. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. Thank you ahead of time.

Is the computer starting up properly? Are the fans running? Try connecting the display cable directly to the motherboard rather than the GPU, and check if the screen appears.
