You just received an HP Envy 15-inch laptop with a 4700U. The Wi-Fi stops working and the Intel AX200 card disappears from Device Manager. After restarting, it functions briefly again. You've already installed the latest drivers.

I also have a different Wi-Fi card available; I can test it out and observe the results. Would re-seating it make a difference?

It seems there might be a misunderstanding about the setup. If it wasn't placed correctly, it wouldn't function properly.

I installed the latest updates for Windows and completed all optional upgrades. There was an issue with Intel, but it appears to be resolved now.
