Device repeatedly powers off every 5 seconds

Hey there, I’m facing some trouble with my computer recently. It keeps shutting down every five seconds and displays General Q codes on the motherboard that I recorded. I hope someone can assist me! Here are the details: CPU is an i7 6700k, RAM is Gigabyte Z170 G1, GPU is MSI 970, PSU is EVGA 750. I’ve tried using an i5 6600k but the issue persists. Thanks a lot for your help! Reset the CMOS, the C codes are internal fault indicators AFAIK, indicating a hardware issue that can't be resolved. Your motherboard likely supports dual BIOS—check if it works with the alternate one.
