Hey everyone, recently I noticed the GPU RGB stays on when I power down my PC, and roughly half of the case fans spin slowly. There’s noticeable coil whine at these speeds. I’ve checked the BIOS updates, but it doesn’t seem to be a Windows issue—shutting off the PSU and turning it back on restarts both the GPU lights and fans. Could there still be a Windows problem? It might be related to the PSU failing. This unit is pretty new, bought in late 2019, a Seasonic Prime Ultra 1000W gold.

It seems the issue might relate to your BIOS settings. Sharing your motherboard model would help identify the problem more accurately.

It seems Windows is running a mixed sleep mode to improve your experience by reducing wait times. You might try pressing Ctrl+Alt+Shift while clicking the start button, shutting down, and releasing the keys only after the PC is fully off. If this doesn't help, the issue could be with the BIOS, which is beyond my knowledge.
