I noticed your system isn't entering sleep mode. By checking powercfg -requests you found two drivers possibly keeping the PC active. It's unclear how to locate and resolve these, but avoiding a simple command like ignoring them isn't ideal. The issue seems new—about three days ago—and hasn't occurred before. The current driver is Realtek High Definition Audio. If you need a permanent fix, consider updating or replacing those drivers.

I realized the issue came from my wavelink program. I removed and readded it, and everything is now functioning properly.

You've resolved it successfully. For others facing this problem, I've discovered the most recent Logitech Gaming gear software to achieve the same result. Make sure your device isn't entering sleep mode and turning off the specific mouse (G903 for me) helps. Removing the problematic software also works.
