Device refuses to connect Thunderbolt dock displays.
Hello, hope this message reaches you okay. I'm working with a WD19TB Dell Thunderbolt Dock and an Asus ZenBook Pro UX501VW. The screens on my laptop connect to the dock as expected, but in Windows settings, they appear connected while I can't adjust the mirror/extend options. When I change them, the main screen flashes, then a setting page shows up—only if mirror is selected. It cycles between flashing and reverting, with the revert option still available. I've updated all drives, tried different cables, and USB devices aren't picking up. Could it be that another Thunderbolt device is causing the issue?
It seems you're testing a connection setup. The dock appears to be compatible with USB devices, though performance may vary depending on the model. At the workplace we have them, but they don't always work smoothly with other brands.
