I pretty much know nothing abt pc's besides to clean it out, But it making this sound like crackling or a engine stalling, I pretty sure it not the fans I can hear the fans just fine, Anyone know what's going and how I can fix it? MP4_01.mp4

Is there any wire or cable touching a fan? Otherwise, it could mean a bad bearing or an AIO problem—higher than usual temperatures would indicate something more serious.

It rarely gets warm unless I'm running a really intense game. I didn’t design it, but I’ll look to see if there’s a wire on any of the fans.

Yes, pushing for games would show the heat rising quickly. Unless the equipment is running old, those temperatures shouldn’t be a concern. The issue seems to be with the fans, not the bearings.

It seems like air is moving inside the pump, or the pump's impeller is shaking while it spins. Pay attention and see what happens!
