I power up the PC case, and fans begin spinning. Lights on the case and motherboard are active, but the keyboard and mouse remain dark with no display. After two reboots, the PC stays on despite holding the power button. Once it powers off briefly, the motherboard lights flash after a short delay. The system details show: Gigabyte B450 DS3H V2, Ryzen 3600, PNY XLR8, 16GB RAM, 3200 RXT, 3060 graphics, 550W power supply.

It seems there was an issue with one of my RAM sticks, possibly dislodging or reinserting it.
