Computer and mouse activated, yet keyboard and monitors remain off. Seeking assistance to fix this issue. My system powers on, the mouse lights up (LED present), but monitors, keyboard, and 10-key pad are inactive. These components function correctly on other machines, indicating the problem is specific to my setup. Recent events prior to the malfunction: 1. Recently relocated; short commute to the new location, PC wasn’t moved much, but uncertainty remains. 2. Experienced some power supply concerns at the new site, so inspected circuit breakers. Ended up switching a breaker in the room where I briefly connected my PC (not powered). Uncertain if this resolves the issue. Computer specifications are available via the provided link. I attempted resetting RAM, setting CMOS to reinitialize BIOS (confidence unclear), and checking for loose connections. Not very familiar with PC hardware, so appreciate any guidance you can offer. Please feel free to share additional details if helpful.

The Intel i7-1100F lacks built-in graphics, so verify these points first: Have you linked the monitors directly to the GPU (not via the motherboard)? Do the fans on both the GPU and CPU activate when you power on the system? Have you attempted to remove and reinstall the GPU (re-seat it)? Refer to this guide for further checks.

I link both monitors straight to the GPU consistently. The fans on the CPU and GPU are also running. I changed the GPU placement yesterday because it was covering the CMOS. Appreciate your reply!

Checked, and doesn't look like the RTX 3060 Ti is affected by this issue Stupid question, do the monitors have power and show no input? Or a black screen?

The displays are operational but inactive, receiving no signals.

Did you verify all PSU cables thoroughly? Make sure they’re fully attached to both the GPU and motherboard.

I believe I've properly checked these items. PSU cables are attached to both. I should ask, it appears there's a secondary PCI-E for my GPU. Should it be plugged in elsewhere? This pre-built has a lot of extra cables so I didn't think.it was needed. See attached image. I also noticed the GPU fans aren't always running. They run on boot, but shut off shortly after. Not sure if that's our of the normal given there's no display.
