Once I close my laptop lid, it occasionally powers off on its own.

Windows has a power mode option that guides the computer when the cover is shut. It could also be caused by heat buildup because the vents aren't working properly.

Hello @Harry123, you may want to adjust a few more power management options. Remember that if your device isn't connected to a wall outlet, it won't receive power even when the battery is low, regardless of how quickly you close the lid. Update the settings for hard drive sleep and other advanced options in the Power Management section. Navigate to Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Power Options > Edit Plan Settings > Choose Never to put the computer to sleep. After saving, go to the Sleep tab (click +) and set it to Never. Then select Hybrid Sleep with Sleep after set to Never. Ensure power buttons and the lid tab are closed to enable Hibernate. Let me know if this helps!
