Initially I removed all the cables and powered off the PC for a short time. After about two hours it restarted correctly and functioned for thirty minutes before repeating the same shutdown pattern. When it’s in half-off mode I can manually shut it down, but turning it back on sends it back to that state. I disconnected the power supply entirely, ran a thermal check, and the fans began operating. I believe this is due to overheating, though I’m sure you have better insight. This system is roughly four years old, but I replaced the PSU with a new one last year after it failed completely. My components include an Intel Core i7-8700K 3.7 GHz 6-core processor, a Noctua NH-D15 cooler, a Gigabyte Z370 HD3P fan, and a Western Digital Blue 1 TB SSD with two 8 GB modules. I also have two 6 GB DDR4-3200 CL16 memory sticks and a Corsair SPEC-OMEGA RGB ATX mid-tower case, along with a Zotac GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB and a 2.5" SSD.
