Hey, I was testing NFS unbound and my computer crashed. I put on a headset and everything froze. After restarting, it wouldn’t boot (no USB or video). I let it sit for about five minutes without CMOS, but it still wouldn’t start. Eventually it booted again, so I wanted to investigate further. I tried starting NFS unbound once more, but this time I saw a quick BSOD (couldn’t see what happened) and now it won’t boot. I used a single stick of RAM, left it idle for ten minutes without CMOS, and still nothing happened. Over the past two to three days, I haven’t updated or unplugged anything except maybe Windows specs: Windows 11 Pro, 64-bit CPU, R7 5800X, EVGA 3080, Mobo Asus X470 Pro with latest BIOS. The H110i 240mm AIO RAM, 980 Pro SSD, Corsair RM850x 2021 power supply (80+ Gold, 850W). Any advice would be really helpful. Thanks!

It seems your GPU isn’t working. I’m sorry for the emoji, it was just a joke, right?

It didn’t need to work before, so there’s no reason for it. No USB power required either. The GPU wasn’t the issue.

You're experiencing a more severe problem compared to others. When your PC powers on, does it appear to boot into Windows without a display, or is it completely failing to POST? You mentioned a PC with a 3080ti that goes black immediately after the BIOS screen appears. Over the past three days, you've checked various locations and suspect a power supply issue. Do you have another GPU or another PC to test with?

I believe the system isn't posting much because the fans kick in fully and the monitor shows a brief signal when I power it up. I finally got it running by removing the CMOS and then deleting RAM sticks one by one. After that, I added a stick back in, turned it off in BIOS, then reinserted the others. I also installed Bluescreenview to check for the missing blue screen, which appears to be linked to nvlddmkm.sys and ntoskrnl.exe with a DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error—this seems to cause crashes during gameplay. I plan to update the drivers since my current one (531.41 from March) is outdated.
