Hello everyone, I'm feeling really uncertain about what to do next. My PC shut down unexpectedly while I was using it. The power button doesn't respond and the motherboard lights up with RGB colors. I've checked the PSU and it's functioning properly. The CPU seems fine. If the RAM was defective, it might still boot or perform some actions. I've tried running the system without a GPU since it's an Intel model. If the SSDs are faulty, the system would at least start up in BIOS. Pressing the power button doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions? Are there other things I should investigate? I'm not sure anymore. Did you apply the BIOS update designed to stop the 14700K from shutting down? It might be that the CPU failed. Was the heatsink placed properly? The photo suggests an unusual angle, and from there it seems airflow was directed toward the exhaust, possibly blowing away from the GPU’s back.
