It looks like the cooling system is running smoothly with a solid flow. The RPM reading of 1829 seems normal for this AIO, and it’s possible the thermal paste is degraded. Since you’ve stored it for a while, it might be worth checking its condition before using it again.
i kept my thermal paste for like 2 years and it's still fine probably only a problem if you have crappy paste and didnt cover it with the included covers on the nozzle. doesnt explain why one tube is hot while one is cold though, if thermal paste is bad, both tube would feel cool since little heat is being transfered im still sticking with the insufficient flow rate theory, because both tube should feel warm, not one cold one warm.
I'm really confused about this. I just saved an old BIOS version with a clock speed of 3.8GHz instead of 4GHz, and the voltage at 1.29V versus 1.32V now it's 60°C in Warzone. Am I going crazy? Could the CPU temperature sensor be broken? I haven't changed anything in the BIOS recently, and definitely nothing that would raise the temps like that.

Consensus reached, particularly with elevated ambient temperatures. A single hot pipe and a cold radiator with a cold unit present is concerning. There might also be a problem with the temperature sensor.
