I upgraded my CPU and cooler about four months ago with a Ryzen 7 5800X3D and DeepCool LE720 AIO. Just yesterday I swapped the case to a Phanteks NV5, and my CPU temperatures are now around 60°C at idle. I’ve moved the CPU and cooler several times and re-pasted each time, but it still stays the same. Before the case change, my Cinebench Multicore Load times were between 70* and 60*, which is pretty alarming given how hot it gets now. Any suggestions on how to improve this?

Do you have any supporters in the situation? What kind of thermal paste are you employing? How is the AIO positioned, for example, a top-mount design that expels air from the case?

Current load temperature is being monitored, and pump RPM is being tracked.

The pump operates at 100% speed or 2600 rpm, with temperatures close to 95°C before reaching the usual 75°C on a hot day.

I have three 120mm pulling units and three 120mm pushing units, all AIO with top mounting.
