Regarding the cables linking your GPU and monitors, have you considered replacing them? This seems to be a DisplayPort issue.

The latest Windows update was released to resolve the problem. Have you verified that your system is fully updated?

I’ve got some updated details. When it occurred, the GPU fans were off during startup. They turned back on after I booted the PC. Sometimes they stay off completely, even when the system starts.
