It seems the actual Wi-Fi chip is damaged. Are you using a Wi-Fi board or an adapter?

They won’t be able to proceed if he doesn’t have Wi-Fi access to the location, can you share the drivers via a USB drive?

I’m able to use USB tethering on my phone, yet I’ve struggled to set up different drivers successfully.
