I noticed the RAM was labeled as ‘server RAM,’ but the seller assured it wouldn’t matter. After checking online, the same information appeared. The pin configuration matches, but I encountered a memory error when installing it. After trying various configurations, I learned it only worked on supported motherboards. Should this affect my decision? If so, what should I do about informing the eBay seller?
