Hi, I see you're having issues with your PC. You recently installed a PCIe X1 to NVMe adapter (N-M2X1) for an SSD from Acer model FA100. After testing, the adapter works with your Samsung 980 SSD but fails to detect your Acer SSD.

Check if your Acer SSD uses SATA or NVMe technology. The NVME port may only work with NVMe drives.

Looking at the product page, it describes a heat sink adapter designed to fit PCI Express connections. It’s intended for use with Deals4GO adapters.

It seems the SSD functions properly in another device, but it isn’t recognized when inserted into your ASUS Prime B560M-K.
