Hi, I just got a new desk and transferred my computer from the old one to the new setup. I powered it off, turned off the power supply switch, and moved the machine carefully. After reconnecting everything, most functions work except the GPU, which shows no activity—no RGB and no fans spinning. The motherboard lights say the PC is booting, but I can’t access the BIOS since the CPU lacks integrated graphics. Here are the specs: 10700KF Asus Tuf gaming B460-PLUS, 16GB DDR4, Gigabyte RTX 3070 Gaming, 800W PSU.

Have you attempted to reinstall the GPU? Also consider resetting the CMOS.

I'm just starting with PC building and haven't even assembled this one yet, so taking out the GPU feels a bit intimidating. I'll ask a friend who's built PCs before and see what they recommend—maybe try both cleaning the GPU and the CMOS chip.
