Power on the system and navigate to the BIOS menu. Proceed to Advanced or Integrated Peripherals. Check for Onboard Audio; if it’s turned off, turn it on. Complete the save and exit process. If not visible, open Device Manager/View/Show Hidden Devices to verify an audio controller is present.
